On January 1st, 2010, a new minimum state requirement will be in effect for ALL Louisiana drivers. The new requirements are $15,000 for injury / death per person, $30,000 for injury / death per accident and $25,000 property damage per accident. This will effect all Louisiana Automobile, Motorcycle, Motorhome and Off Road Policies.
